GEMZ CAR WASH was founded by an inspirational entrepreneur—a mother and working wife with 15 years of corporate experience—who knows how easily a clean car slips to the bottom of a busy day. After too many school runs, meetings and evening commutes, she asked a simple question: why can’t great car care come to where life actually happens?
GEMZ was her answer.
We built GEMZ to give time back to residents. That means organized operations, reliable scheduling, and clear communication—from a fast sign-up to a predictable weekly routine—delivered right in your building. Our trained team works to consistent standards and checks every job so the result feels effortless and premium.
We also care about connection. Every month, three customers in each building we serve are randomly selected for a small surprise gift—a thank-you for trusting us and a reminder that behind the shine is a team that knows your name.
Lastly, clean should also be responsible. We use eco-friendly products and water-smart methods that reduce impact without compromising finish. We keep improving our processes so you can enjoy a spotless car with a clearer conscience.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing www.gemzcarwash.com (the “Website”) and/or subscribing to the services of GEMZ PARKING CAR WASHING LLC (“GEMZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and GEMZ.
Acceptance is deemed to occur either by:
- Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is presented to you on the Website, or
- By actually using the Services, in which case you acknowledge you have entered into a binding agreement with GEMZ.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Customer: Any individual or legal entity using our Website to register, manage, or purchase a car wash subscription.
- Content: All forms of data including images, text, videos, location data, and more.
- Customer Content: Information or media submitted by the Customer.
- GEMZ Content: All proprietary content created by GEMZ.
- Third-Party Content: External services such as payment processors.
3. ELIGIBILITY & CUSTOMER WARRANTIES
- You must be 18+ and capable of entering legal contracts.
- All information provided must be accurate and current.
- You’re responsible for legal compliance and data accuracy.
4. SERVICE USAGE & WEBSITE ACCESS
- Services are delivered at your parked vehicle without requiring keys.
- Account management is handled solely via the Website.
- Service may be suspended for policy violations.
5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Don’t impersonate others or provide false information.
- Report unauthorized activity immediately.
6. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT & BILLING
- Monthly auto-renewal unless cancelled 48+ hours in advance.
- Payment via secure gateways. GEMZ doesn’t store card info.
- Upgrade charges apply immediately; downgrades start next cycle.
7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- No partial refunds except under specific trial offers.
- Refunds (if applicable) handled by payment gateway.
8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & REFUSAL
- No service on public holidays or during unsafe weather conditions.
- GEMZ may decline to clean heavily soiled vehicles.
9. CONTENT RIGHTS & CUSTOMER CONDUCT
- You may not misuse GEMZ content or upload unlawful content.
- GEMZ may moderate and remove content as needed.
10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & SERVICES
We use third-party tools for payments and analytics. Use of these is governed by their own terms.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify GEMZ from any claims arising from misuse of the service, violations, or third-party rights.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service issues.
- Our total liability is capped at your last monthly subscription fee.
13. UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES
Upgrades are charged immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
14. DATA PRIVACY
We process your data per UAE law. See our Privacy Policy.
15. VARIATIONS TO TERMS
Terms may be amended at any time. Continued use equals acceptance.
16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate services for non-compliance. Outstanding payments remain due.
17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by UAE law. All disputes shall be resolved under the courts of Dubai, UAE.
